Saskia Elizabeth Grace Dunn. Delivered stillborn on 11 june 07.She weighed 6lb 2,and was perfect.She had a shock of dark hair and ruby lips(which i now know is apparently a sympton of stillborn babies).She was a much wanted child and all her brothers and sisters were so excited.this was mine and my fiances first child together although we have children from other relationships,ranging in age from 21 to 10.Being an older mum,i thought i could cope with anything but i hadn't counted on the intense rush of love followed by the feeling of failure.All scans and checks were fine and she was kicking the heck out of me just 24 hours before she died.I will never forget the pain when the midwife told me they couldn't find the heartbeat. We had a naming ceremony at the hospital for Saskia and we visit her grave but the pain that i cant bring my daughter home is so overpowering.I have been told that the pain eases but am yet to experience any moment of the day when she is not in my thoughts.
Mummy and Daddy and all your brothers and sisters love you and miss you so much.

Well its that time of year sweetheart,when mummy and daddy only get to bring you flowers to your resting place and send butterfly kissed up to heaven.Make sure you catch them all darling.We will be up to see you later,i got your cake and candle and a special pressie for you.Your nana jean has also done you something special.Wait till you see it.i think its gorgeous.
You may not be here in body for me to give you a big hug but that doesn't stop my heart from aching to grab you for one last hug.

I know its a long time since mummy came on here to say hello,but you are always in my thoughts my darling.Mummy has had 2 more tattoes for you.The one on the back of my neck has 3 kisses on it.One for your big brother,James,one for your bis sister,Vorney and the other one for you,and they are your sisters kisses just for you.Me and daddy are going to Cleethorpes in April sweetheart so i hope you ready for a holiday.My 2nd tattoo is a pink and blue ribbon with "proud to be an angel mummy"written around it.cos i am sooooooo proud to be your mummy.Its gonna be your 2nd angelversary soon sweetheart.Wonder what mischief you would be getting into now.You and your aunt cait would be ruling the roost.We will be up to see you in a little hile with some new toys and flowers for you.Are you gonna come and say hello?
